大學生健康促進生活型態、心理資本、情緒幸福感及憂鬱之相關研究

The Relationships among Health Promoting Lifestyle, Psychological Capital, Emotional Well-Being and Depression for Undergraduates

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生健康促進生活型態與憂鬱的關係,以及心理資本和情緒幸福感能否扮演健康促進生活型態與憂鬱傾向之間的中介角色;同時,以情緒幸福感為調節變項,瞭解其對心理資本在健康促進生活型態與憂鬱之中介作用的調節效果。本研究以台灣地區中、南部2074名大學生為對象,採隨機抽樣,研究工具採用「健康促進生活型態量表」、「心理資本量表」、「情緒幸福感量表」與「臺灣憂鬱情緒量表」,做為研究工具,透過實徵資料的蒐集,利用描述統計、結構方程式模型進行分析。研究結果發現:(1)大學生健康促進生活型態對心理資本之直接效果達到顯著,心理資本對憂鬱的效果達到顯著,心理資本在健康促進生活型態與憂鬱之間扮演完全中介變項的角色。(2)大學生健康促進生活型態對情緒幸福感之直接效果達顯著,情緒幸福感對憂鬱的效果亦達顯著,情緒幸福感在健康促進生活型態與憂鬱之間扮演部分中介變項角色。(3)情緒幸福感對心理資本不具調解型效果的角色。最後,根據研究結果,針對高等教育現況與未來研究方向提出各項建議。

The study discusses the relationship between undergraduates' health promoting lifestyle and depression, and the mediating role of psychological capital and emotional well-being on the aforementioned categories. At the same time, the study uses emotional well-being as moderator and explores its moderating effect on the mediation of health promoting lifestyle and depression. This empirical research opts for random sampling and collects questionnaire from 2074 nationwide undergraduate students, including Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile, Psychological Capital Scale, Emotional Well-Being Scale, and Taiwan Depression Inventory, and analyzes the results via descriptive statistics and structural equation model. The study finds as follows: (1) There is significant direct effect on health promoting lifestyle to psychological capital and on psychological capital to depression; psychological capital serves as complete mediator between health promoting lifestyle and depression. (2) There is significant direct effect on health promoting lifestyle to emotional well-being and on emotional well-being to depression; emotional well-being serves as partial mediator between health promoting lifestyle and depression. (3) Emotional well-being does not have mediating effect on psychological capital. This study shall provide adequate suggestions to the current condition of our higher education as well as future research.
