國小導師知覺主任包容性領導與辭卸意圖關係之研究

The Study on the Relationship between Inclusive Leadership and Resign Intention of Elementary School Mentors

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小導師知覺主任包容性領導與卸職意圖之關係,並進行背景變項在包容性領導與卸職意圖之差異分析。透過網路發放,蒐集分析230份國小導師之有效問卷,經獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析與多元迴歸後,發現:一、國小導師對於知覺主任包容性領導的現狀屬於中高程度,其中支持認可構面屬於中程度,溝通公平構面中高程度,自利且不尊重構面屬於中低程度;國小導師卸職意圖屬於中低程度。二、不同教育程度與學校規模的國小導師在包容性領導上沒有顯著性差異;不同性別、年齡、教育程度與學校規模的國小導師在卸職意圖上沒有顯著性差異。三、自覺健康狀況不同的國小導師在知覺主任包容性領導與卸職意圖上均達顯著水準;不同性別與年齡的國小導師在知覺主任包容性領導上均達顯著水準。四、包容性領導對卸職意圖有顯著影響力。根據以上研究發現,本研究提出一些建議。

The purpose of this study intended to analyze the relationship between inclusive leadership and resign intention of elementary school mentors. The online survey was used on this study and total 230 elementary school mentors were recruit. The data analysis included descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression. The findings were as follows: 1. The degree of inclusive leadership is medium-high level ,support-recognition is medium level , communication-action-fairness is medium-high level self-interest-disrespect is medium-low level and resign intention is medium-low level. 2. The education and school size had no significant difference on inclusive leadership. The sex, age, education and school size had no significant difference on resign intention. 3. The health were significant influential to inclusive leadership and resign intention. The sex and age were significant influential to resign intention. 4. The inclusive leadership significantly influenced the resign intention. Based on the research findings, this study provided some suggestions.
