探討休息對人體經絡能量與穴位皮膚電阻之影響

摘要


目的:探討休息對人體經絡能量與穴位皮膚電阻之影響。方法:為單組前後測設計,採方便取樣,以台灣東部之健康女性為研究對象,共36 位。分析休息30 分鐘後,經絡皮膚電阻和體表溫度、心跳、血壓的變化及其相關性,使用SPSS19.0 版進行統計分析。結果:休息後皮膚溫度、收縮壓、心跳、經絡穴位皮膚電阻(肺、心包、心、大腸)及身體能量均下降,並達顯著差異(p <.001)。休息後收縮壓與左心包經、左心經、右膀胱經、右胃經成正相關(p <.05);體表溫度與左小腸經、左脾經、左膀胱、右脾、右膀胱成正相關(p <.05)。結論:休息能調節經絡穴位皮膚電阻、體表溫度、心跳及血壓,顯示適度休息有助於經絡氣血能量的調整,可作為護理人員臨床護理指導的依據。

Purpose: To explore the effects of human meridian energy and acupoint skin resistance by taking a rest. Methods: A single-group trial was adopted with convenience sampling, and the subjects were obtained from 36 healthy women in eastern Taiwan, to monitor the changes of meridian skin resistance on the body surface at the acupoint, surface skin temperature, heart rate and blood pressure. Correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between meridian skin resistance and surface skin temperature, heart rate and blood pressure after having a rest for 30mins. The SPSS 19.0 version is used for statistical analysis. Results: The values retested after 30 minutes’ rest showed there were significantly decline changes on skin temperature, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, MER in lung meridian(LU), MER in pericardium meridian(PC), MER in heart meridian(HC), MER in large intestine(LI) and physical energy (p<.05). It revealed significant correlations between systolic blood pressure and MER in left pericardium meridian(LPC), left heart meridian(LHC), right bladder meridian (RBL) and right stomach meridian (RST) (p<.05). The skin temperature had significant correlations with left small intestine meridian( LSI), left spleen meridian (LSP), left bladder meridian (LBL), RSP and RBL. Conclusion: The results of this study displayed that taking a rest led to regulation of MER, surface skin temperature, heart rate and blood. Display appropriate rest helps adjust the energy meridian. The results could be applied to clinical physical assessment and provide the basis guideline for health education in nursing care.
