介入動畫情境提升復健科病房腦中風病人中醫針刺認知正確率
Improved the correct rate of Chinese acupuncture cognitive with stroke patients by using situational animations scenarios in rehabilitation ward
摘要
本專案旨在介入動畫情境提升復健科病房腦中風病人中醫針刺認知正確率，動機係由中醫針刺注意事項高諮詢量所引發，經調查與分析腦中風病人中醫針刺認知正確率僅57.3%，原因為病人年齡大、語言差異、疾病因素及教育程度偏低；護理人員未接受中醫護理訓練、中醫針刺認知不足與護理指導執行率偏低；單位未將針刺護理正確性列入品質監控及未將針刺標準規範列入閱讀要項；缺乏護理指導輔具等。經介入中醫針刺護理指導動畫畫冊、衛教單、多媒體光碟、架構學習平台、護理人員在職教育、針刺護理正確性品質監控及將針刺標準規範列入閱讀要項後，其針刺認知正確率提升為94.1%。希冀專案改善經驗能平行推展至神經科病房，發展中西醫整合護理。

The project aimed to enhance the correct rate of Chinese acupuncture cognitive with stroke patients by using situational animations scenarios in rehabilitation ward. Motivated by high considerations of department advisory capacity with chinese medicine acupuncture, after investigated the correct rate of chinese acupuncture cognitive with stroke patients only 57.3%, the reasons included the patient age, linguistic differences, disease factors and educational attainment; nurses were not received training in chinese medicine, low cognitive of chinese acupuncture and nursing instruction execution rate; no quality control and standard specification acupuncture item to read in acupuncture treatments correctness; lack of nursing care guiding aids. After the implementation of traditional chinese medicine acupuncture care guide animation album, health education leaflets, multimedia CD, learning platform, nursing continuing education, quality control and correctness of acupuncture treatments and standard specification acupuncture item to read. The correct rate of chinese acupuncture cognitive increased to 94.1%. Hopely the project can be extended in parallel to improve the experience of neurology ward, and develope integrated of Chinese and Western medicine.
