The Impact of Open Access on Library Collection and Service

This article is an exploratory study to examine the impact of open access on collection development and service of library, ranging from tasks, policy, evaluation, long term preservation, to business model. Finally, to rediscover the library role and activities based on introduction of knowledge management and elearning is also discussed.
