健康城市理念下都會型休閒體育設施環境管理維護之研究

摘要

台灣居住空間逐漸有都市化現象，都市型休閒體育設施之管理維護情形以及滿意度影響因素為何，是影響居住生活品質重要的課題。台南市為具健康城市理念的都市，是台灣第一個加入世界衛生組織(WHO)西太平洋健康城市聯盟會員的城市；本研究以台南市立體育公園為例，期望藉由實地問卷調查及使用後評估方式，以瞭解及探討實際管理維護影響滿意度的課題。本研究經調查休閒體育設施之使用者（300份有效問卷）及因素分析後，發現影響滿意度所萃取出之因素與原本假設因素有顯著之不同，分析後分為四項因素：(1)「實質性環境」因素：為實質環境中所出現之管理維護課題；(2)「服務性環境」因素：為為都市環境中管理維護服務屬性公共事務課題；(3)「專業性環境」因素：為體育設施之管理維護專業化課題；(4)「休憩性環境」因素：為體育設施外部休憩環境之管理維護課題。以因素負荷量(0.2)為基準可簡化為29項題數，經一致性檢定發現因素之信度值(0.840)高於整體之信度值(0.830)，得知上述四項因素，更具有代表「影響都市型休閒體育設施管理維護之滿意程度」因素之解釋意義。

In this research, we will use Tainan Municipal Sports Park as an example to gain a deeper understanding and investigate the extent of impact that actual results of management and maintenance have on residents' satisfaction through field surveys with questionnaires and post-occupancy evaluation. From the data obtained and analyses of results, we noticed a significant deviation between the factors deduced from actual satisfaction scores and factors we have originally hypothesized. After further analyses, we have obtained four major factors: (1). substantial environment factors; (2). service environment factors; (3). professional environment factors and (4). recreational environment factors. From this we can conclude that the four factors derived in this research serve as more representative factors that influence urban dwellers' satisfaction regarding the management and maintenance of urban recreational sports facilities.
