運動休閒俱樂部人力資源管理與健身運動參與動機、健身運動自我呈現之相關研究:以台中地區為例

A Study of Motivation for Exercise and Self-Presentation in Exercise on the Exercise Instructors of the Recreation Sports Clubs' Human Resources Management: A Case Study of the Recreation Sports Clubs in Taichung Area

摘要


本研究探討運動休閒俱樂部的人力資源管理,目的:一、探討運動指導員的健身運動運參與動機之差異;二、探討運動指導員的健身運動運自我呈現之差異;三、探討運動指導員不同層級之健身運動參與動機、健身運動自我呈現,與人力資源管理之相關。統計方法因素分析、相依樣本t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、迴歸分析。本研究採用健身運動參與動機和健身運動自我呈現問卷經事前檢定,量表內部一致性之整體Cronbach''''s α系數分別為.79與.74;以兩份問卷事前檢定之結果進行因素分析,結果顯示有良好的建構效度。以方便取樣選取台中市某六家運動休閒俱樂部運動指導員為樣本進行問卷調查,有效問卷共98份。將所得的資料,以自變項中的平均數為基準,高於均數列為高組,低於均數列為低組,分別以相依樣本t考驗與迴歸分析檢驗高組和低組之參與動機、自我呈現兩變相的關係,並與樣本的人口統計資料進行比較分析。研究結果經分析討論後發現:一、工作年資和薪資較高的運動指導員,健身運動參與動機較顯著;工作年資和年齡較高者,健身運動自我呈現之表現上較顯著。二、運動指導員之健身運動參與動機與健身運動自我呈現間,有顯著相關。本研究建議:運動休閒俱樂部人力資源管理之應用,提昇運動指導員之運動參與和自我呈現要素能提昇俱樂部人力資源管理品質。未來研究方向,可針對運動休閒俱樂部管理階層之人力資源、硬體設備與消費者行為進行研究。

The purposes of this study were to: (1) explore the effects of motivation for exercise on the exercise instructors; (2) explore the effects of self-presentation in exercise on the exercise instructors; (3) explore the interactive effects and the relationships among motivation for exercise and self-presentation in exercise on the exercise on the recreation sports clubs. The methods applied to the analysis statistic, t-test, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and regression analyze. The researcher refers the questionnaire of the motivation for exercise by Chia-chi Chou & Kai-yung Hu (2005) and the questionnaire of the self-presentation in exercise by Chia-chi Chou (2005). Both of the questionnaires' Cronbach α coefficient was 0.79 and 0.74. Accordingly, these questionnaires of construct validity and reliability were applicable to recreation sports clubs. The subjects of this study were 98 exercise instructors from 6 recreation sports clubs in Taichung area. The results of the study are: (1) the effects of motivation for exercise and self-presentation in exercise have significant on the exercise instructors who were working for longer and higher payments. (2) the relationship among motivation for exercise and self-presentation in exercise has significant and positive on the exercise instructors in recreation sports clubs.
