國小階段參與運動訓練對於運動動機、運動自我效能與運動行為之研究

The Effect of Exercise Training Experience during Elementary Education on Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Participation of Sport Activity

摘要


本研究之目的:一、探討國小階段有無參與運動訓練在運動動機、運動自我效能與運動行為之差異;二、了解運動動機、運動自我效能與運動行為之相關情形。本研究之受試對象為參加95年大專運動會之乙組網球運動員158人,平均年齡為21.46 ± 3.81歲。所有受試者均填寫運動動機量表、運動自我效能及運動行為調查表。統計方法為獨立樣本t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關。研究結果顯示:小學階段參與運動訓練僅在運動自我效能有顯著差異存在。而自我效能與外在調節呈顯著正相關。

The objective of the study was: 1) investigate whether motivation, self-efficacy, and the actual sport participation is affected by exercise training experience during early education period; 2) to determine inter-correlation among motivation, self-efficacy, and the actual sport participation in this group of subjects. The subjects include 158 tennis players participating National Collegiate Tennis Competition with average age of 21.46 ± 3.81 years old. All subjects completed questionnaire for motivation, self-efficacy questionnaire, and sport behavior. Student t-test and Pearson correlation were used for statistics. The result of the study shows that elementary education exercise training experience substantially affects exercise sport self-efficacy. Additionally, self-efficacy was significantly correlated with external regulation on motivation.
