From the managerial perspectives, what to invest for tourist destination area is a critical issue for tourism developing. This article proposes an assessment matrix which shows the status quo of TDAs in term of their attractiveness and service availability. According to this matrix, the strategic investments to be a hot spot, the formation of TDAS, and the integration of regional tourism resources could be inferred. All of these propositions are useful for better decision in the Da Hu destination area.
