文化產業已普遍被認定可為城市的發展,尋求一新的工作和生活型態,在文化經濟思考下,透過「文化消費」如文化觀光方式,發展地方獨有特色。為使文化與經濟互動效益最大,此過程不僅應著重文化本身的經濟衍生效果,同時更應厚植文化延續所必要的創作資源,以發展地方的、獨特的文化資源價值。為因應創新,其便應具備有彈性,並融合展現地方與全球特性等特質,在城市中形成氛圍(milieus)、網絡、知識著床等效果,並透過集體學習過程,方能成功展現效益。 本文嘗試先就文化產業及其發展應有之區位條件進行整理,並以鶯歌陶瓷文化產業為研究對象,了解當地文化產業知識與創新學習現象,以提供對鶯歌鎮長期演化過程更深入了解,進而提出台灣地方文化產業政策之推動建議。
The cultural industry has been already recoganised a new strategy to offer new works and reform images for a city. It should be a good way to develop cultural consumes, such as cultural tourism and promoting local locality, on the consideration of cultural economy. In order to highlight effects of cultural development, an embeddedness of cultural creations hence becomes a key process to lift local cultural uniquenesses which is engaged to spread related economy of culture. The flexibility, creative networks, cultural milieu, knowledge embeddedness are emphasised to link local development and globalization through collective learning in region. This study tries to discuss elements of cultural location and its development by a case of porcelain industry and cultural tourism in Yingko, Taipei county. It focuses on exploring knowledge and learning milieu in Yingo's cultural development to understand possibilities of processes of learning regions in cultural industry. The empirical results are expected to propose suggestions on developing cultural industry and cultural tourism in Taiwan.
