Based on the developing trend of self-study and resource-based learning, in addition, the promotion of using Internet and computers in the classroom, teachers of Applied English Department and library staff in the Jin-Wen Institute of Technology working together to implement an instruction program of using e-Resources (including ”E-touch Online Learning System”, ”Testing & Education Reference Center” and ”AMC Language School Online Learning System) into classroom. This study conducts a questionnaire survey on students who used the e-Resources in libraries. Through statistical analysis (e.g. percentage, mean, cross tabulation and chi-square test), the study tried to understand the perceptions of students about the program, and explore their achievement and effectiveness of learning English via the program.
