Since the internet becomes more and more popular, there has been many types of merchandise on the internet, including music. However the emergence of the on-line music does not activate the market and there are many problems occured, such as copyright and illegal download of music. These problems cause the sale of on-line music not as good as expected. For these reasons, this study aims at people who consume KKBOX with the Technology Acceptance Model, and discuss the reasons why thoses consumers using the on-line music. According to the result of the analysis, we will provide suggestions for the on-line music shop.
