A Biological Gene Sequences Hiding Scheme Based on Run-Length Encoding

This paper proposed an effective hiding method for biological sequences. The proposed scheme conceals secret message into Ribo Nuncleic Acid (RNA) sequence through the transcription and translation processes based on lossless run-length compression. The run-length encoding method is used to not only reduce the redundancy of the secret message but also increase the hiding capacity. According to the experimental results, the embedding capacity of the proposed method is fairly good.
