摘要

全球化的影響，政府不斷的提出獎勵創新研發的政策，期望企業能藉由研發創作以避免因全球化而降低企業之競爭力。而企業爲了生存亦投入大量人力與資金進行研發創新，但礙於我國產業主要以中小企業爲主，且企業生命週期短，以致研發能量不足，且多以師徒傳承方式爲主，不利研發創新。
本研究以CPS三大要素融滲專利檢索與TRIZ技法，作爲本研究主要參考之設計流程。透過專利檢索及專利分析，取得現有之技術，配合多人群體討論推論出問題點，再結合TRIZ技法，找出可供啟發之發明原理，以啟發新機構之產生。本研究並以DVD光碟機之驅動件爲例，藉由本研究之流程，提出創新機構。

As the globalization influence, the government who continuously offers reward policy for innovation research and development expects the enterprises can avoid reducing the competitive power by research and creation development. Many enterprises have invested massive manpower and capital in innovation research and development in order to survive. But because the small and medium-sized enterprises are primarily in the industry in our country and the life cycle of an enterprise is short, the emphasis on research and development is not strong enough. Furthermore, technology is passed from masters to apprentices mostly, so it is a disadvantage to innovation research and development.
This research is designed according to referral of the patent retrieval of three major essential factors of CPS and TRIZ. The present technology was obtained through patent retrieval and patent analysis and groups of people discussed to reason for the problems. Then we combined them with TRIZ to discover the theory of invention for inspiration to encourage a new unit establishment. This research took the driver's components of a DVD player as a sample and proposed an innovational unit through the process of the research.
