教育訓練中心經營市場競爭分析之研究-以漢翔公司爲例

摘要


本研究旨在探討漢翔公司教育訓練中心經營市場之競爭分析,所運用的研究方法包括文獻分析法和個案研究法,所使用的分析工具包括SWOT分析和五力分析。本研究針對漢翔公司教育訓練中心經營情形進行競爭分析,以提出有效的經營策略,本文探討的內容包括中部地區教育訓練中心經營市場發展現況、漢翔教育練中心業務發展分析、五力分析、SWOT分析及教育訓練中心因應對策。研究結果發現,公民營機構委託的教育訓練班別,在競爭者眾的情況下招生日益困難,教育訓練中心的因應對策爲辦理替役訓練、公務人員培訓和技能檢定等業務,這些業務關鍵點在於如何爭取合約,而非招生工作。

This research is to explore business market competition analysis in education and training center for Aerospace Corporation and proposed the effective management strategy. The findings discovered education training class of the public and privately organization, Recruitment of students is too competitive to difficult. the strategy of education and training center is to carry out the training of Substitution service, the training of government workers and the service of skill examines. These point key of service are how to Strives the contract, but non-recruitment of students work.
