生產力4.0下精實3T管理模式核心價值及發展策略之探討

Discussion on the Core Value and Development Strategy of the Refined 3T Management Mode under Productivity 4.0

摘要


面對全球市場快速變化、製造版圖重新洗牌等挑戰,我國政府推出「生產力4.0」政策,助企業邁向為智能化生產,提昇人均產值與帶動整體經濟發展。為了達到生產力4.0本研究主要針對四項主題進行探討:了解未來生產力4.0企業在推動3T管理對於人才能力需求;企業的管理思維、企業組織文化與其3T管理在生產力4.0推動中在活動如何展開。為此,本研究蒐集相關資料文獻,擬定訪談題綱,針對五位實務的專家進行訪談。經文獻探討與訪談整理本研究提出以下觀察:生產力4.0人才具備跨領域是必須的,但未必是每個工作單位人員都必須要具備,依照崗位去做設定是否有需要到跨領域,且3T管理每一項在生產力4.0都很重要,因為3T是企業管理基石每個環環相扣,如企業在生產力4.0若要執行3T管理的導入,TQM管理中品質為優先考量,若員工能靠過去所累積的「行為準則」來進行決策,有助於主管帶領與規畫出大家都能接受的願景方向、提升員工向心力、營造優良的工作環境,精實管理導入才會成功,藉由以上觀察有助於企業在未來生產力4.0執行3T管理能加速推動減少自我摸索。

Facing the challenges of rapid changes in the global market and the reshuffling of manufacturing territory, Taiwan government has introduced a "productivity 4.0" policy to help companies move towards intelligent production, increase per capita output, and drive overall economic development. In order to achieve productivity 4.0, this study focuses on four items: Understand the future productivity of 4.0 companies in promoting 3T management for talent capacity needs; How does the management thinking of the enterprise, the corporate organizational culture and its 3T management develop in the promotion of Productivity 4.0, In order to achieve the above objectives, this study collects relevant literature and draws up interview questions. Interviews with five practical experts, after literature review and interviews, the following observations were made: Productivity 4.0 talent cross-domain is a must, but not necessarily every work unit must have, according to the post to do the setting whether there is a need to cross-domain, and 3T management is important in Productivity 4.0. Because 3T is the cornerstone of corporate management, each interlocking, if the enterprise is to implement the import of 3T management in Productivity 4.0, the quality of TQM management is a priority. If employees can rely on the "Code of Conduct" accumulated in the past to make decisions, it will help supervisors lead and plan a vision that everyone can accept. Improve employee's centripetal force and create a good working environment. Managing a Lean import will succeed, with the above observations, it is helpful for companies to implement 3T management in the future productivity 4.0 to accelerate the reduction of self-exploration.
