影響照顧管理專員工作滿意度與工作負荷之調查

摘要


目的:探討影響照顧管理專員對工作滿意度及工作負荷的因素。方法:本研究採立意取樣,對某市長期照顧管理中心之照顧管理專員進行調查,以面訪方式蒐集問卷資料,共回收有效問卷30份。變項定義:工作環境包括相關經歷、工作適應,辦公室氛圍等。工作內容及工作負擔包括月訪案量、照專人力、長照2.0變化適應,加班情況等。工作滿意包括各項工作觀感照顧管理專員督導包括各項工作項目觀感及照專遭遇困難時的抉擇等。福利與制度包括薪資滿意度、例假滿意度,制度滿意度等。另外也詢問是否曾想過離職及有無離職規劃等。統計:以描述性統計,雙變項統計進行分析。結果:93%受訪者為女性,63%沒有相關工作經驗,且60%對長照2.0對工作上的改變感到焦慮及有壓力。討論:加強長照中心休息時間的宣導,人力不足問題及公文傳遞流程改善。

Object: The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the Care Manager's job satisfaction and work load. Methods: This study made a survey on the care managements in a long-term care management center. The questionnaires were collected by interview and 30 questionnaires were collected.
