新型木工作榫機設計需求策略之研究

Research on the Design Requirement Strategiesfor the New Woodworking Machine Equipment

摘要


木製傢俱一直是人類生活的使用物件,由於木製傢俱產品具有獨特紋質、設計美感且可塑性大,因此,木製傢俱的使用需求量越來越大,衍伸製造傢俱所需要的木工機械相關設備趨向多樣化、變化也越趨快速,客製化程度也愈來愈高,顯示出生產傢俱的木工機械相關設備的設計更為重要,更符合客製化需求。因此,本研究針對新型木工作榫機相關設備為研究對象,探討相關文獻與專家訪談的方式蒐集顧客聲音,整合4個構面與16項顧客需求,透過品質二維模型(Kano)方法來蒐集4項魅力品質屬性及12項一維品質屬性的新型木工作榫機設計之顧客聲音,並運用決策實驗室分析基礎之網路層級分析法(DANP),計算16項顧客聲音(VOC)的權重,再使用品質機能展開法(QFD)將顧客的聲音轉變為10項設計需求,將設計需求排序,發展新型木工作榫機的設計策略,以解決設計發明的問題。透過本研究的整合模式與策略,提供木工機械製造廠商在產品研發、設計與協助,並提升木工機械在國際的競爭力與滿足提升顧客的需求。

Wooden furniture has always been the applications of human life. Because of the unique texture, aesthetic design and plasticity of wooden furniture products, the demand for wooden furniture is increasing rapidly. Thus, the trend of the related equipmentof woodworking machinery required for manufacturing furniture is extended variously. The products have changed diversely and that become faster and faster. The degree of customization has also become higher and higher. It shows that the design of the related equipment ofwoodworking machinery for producing furniture is more important and more requirement of customization. Therefore, the proposed methodwill focus on theresearch of new wood work machine and the related equipment. We will explore the relevant literature and expert interviews to collect customer voices and integrate 4 facets and 16 customer needs.By the use ofthe quality 2D model (Kano) method, we can collect the customer's voice of 4 charm quality attributes and 12 one-dimensional qualitiesof attributes for thenew wood work machine design. Moreover, we can apply theanalytic network process (DANP)based ondecision-making laboratory analysis to calculate the weights of 16 items of customer voices (VOC). Furthermore, by the use of quality function deployment (QFD), the customer's voicesare transformed into 10 design requirements, the design requirements are sorted, and the design strategy of the new wood work machine is developed to solve the design of invention problem. Through the integrated mode and strategy of this research, we provide woodworking machinery manufacturers with product development, design and assistance, and enhance the competitiveness of woodworking machinery in the international arena and satisfy the requirements of customers.
