工作特性變動滿意度、組織知識吸收能力與決策品質關係之研究

The Relationships among Satisfaction of Job Characteristics Changed, Organizational Knowledge Absorptive Capacity and Decision Quality

摘要


組織成員之決策品質良窳,是組織成功的關鍵因素之一,然而,由於個人在經歷服務單位及職務之異動,面對新的工作特性,組織成員要達成良好的決策品質,組織的知識吸收能力,亦扮演重要因素之一。因此,本研究乃探究「工作特性變動滿意度」、「組織知識吸收能力」與「決策品質」之關聯性。本研究以國軍志願役軍官為對象,問卷共計發放560份,有效問卷計477份。經迴歸分析後,結果顯示:(1)工作特性變動滿意度對組織成員之決策品質具有顯著正向的影響;(2)組織知識吸收能力對組織成員之決策品質亦具有顯著正向的影響。

The decision quality of an organization's member is critical to the organization's success. When the member of an organization changes his position, he will face new job characters such that the adsorption ability of the organization is critical to the decision quality of an organization's member. Thus, this research explores the relationship among satisfaction of job characteristics changed, organizational knowledge absorptive capacity and decision quality.This research uses the military voluntary officers as samples. There were 560 samples sent and 477 were valid. By way of regression analysis, the results show that: (1) satisfaction of job characteristics changed is positively related to the decision quality of an organization's member and (2) organizational knowledge absorptive capacity is positively related to the decision quality of an organization's member.
