The decision quality of an organization's member is critical to the organization's success. When the member of an organization changes his position, he will face new job characters such that the adsorption ability of the organization is critical to the decision quality of an organization's member. Thus, this research explores the relationship among satisfaction of job characteristics changed, organizational knowledge absorptive capacity and decision quality.This research uses the military voluntary officers as samples. There were 560 samples sent and 477 were valid. By way of regression analysis, the results show that: (1) satisfaction of job characteristics changed is positively related to the decision quality of an organization's member and (2) organizational knowledge absorptive capacity is positively related to the decision quality of an organization's member.
