植基於「信息戰」知識本體建構查詢推薦系統之研究

The Query Expansion System Based on the Informaion Warfare Ontology

摘要


波灣戰後中共便積極推動國防現代化,使得解放軍軍力成長的速度超過各界預期。中共認為取得戰場主動權就是控制信息權,所以許多學者便紛紛投入研究「信息戰」之研究,讓「信息戰」成為中國大陸學者在軍事戰略領域上積極研討的主題。本研究將中國大陸期刊數據庫內1999-2008年間探討「信息戰」的期刊論文,以文字探勘技術篩選關鍵詞彙,建構「信息戰」知識本體的雛型,並結合正規化概念分析法(Formal Concept Analysis)分析流程,以自動化方式建立「信息戰」知識本體,並以中共國防部網站中2006至2011年解放軍軍事新聞為實驗資料,設計「信息戰」新聞查詢系統雛型,希望能藉由所建構「信息戰」知識領域之層級與概念間相似程度,來推薦查詢關鍵字給使用者。本研究的主要有三點貢獻:第一、結合正規化概念分析法分析流程,以自動化方式建立「信息戰」知識本體,比以人工或半自動方式建置知識本體效率高且快速。第二、運用關聯法則計算查詢關鍵詞與知識本體中概念詞彙間之信心度(confidence)權重,用以推薦給使用者與查詢關鍵詞概念最相近的詞彙,提升資訊檢索效能。第三、本研究所建置「信息戰」知識本體,可作為未來研究「信息戰」相關資料分類、檢索之參考。

After The Gulf War, the PRC government rapidly promoted the modernization of national defense. As a result, the PLA military grew in a way that is quicker than the world's expectation. The PRC government believed that by controlling the information is to take the initiative on the battlefield; therefore, there many researchers started dedicating to study in Information Warfare. It makes Information Warfare becoming the main topic of the military strategy research in China. This research discussed the papers in the ”Information Warfare Journals” which were in the database of PRC journal between 1999-2008. We use the text mining techniques to filter keywords and construct a prototype of ”Information warfare” ontology. We also integrated the procedure of Formal Concept Analysis to construct an ontology of ”Information Warfare” in an automatic way; besides, we used the military news of PLA between 2006 to 2011 on the website of PRC National Defense Department as the experimental material to design a prototype of PRC ”Information Warfare” news searching. We hope that by establishing a level of knowledge field and a similarity of concept of ”PRC Information Warfare”; we can recommend searching keywords for users.There are three main contributions in this research. Firstly, we integrated the procedure of Formal Concept Analysis to construct an ontology of ”Information Warfare” in an automatic way; which is faster and more efficient than using manual or semi-automatic way to construct an ontology. Secondly, the use of computing association rules in the query keywords and the concept ontology co-occurrence of words between the weights of confidence to recommend the most similar concept with the query keywords vocabulary, improve information retrieval performance. Third, this paper built, ”information warfare ontology” can be used future research related to data classification, retrieval of information.
