本文旨在瞭解中部大學生的幸福感現況,並探討個人變項與幸福感的關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「主觀幸福感量表」為研究工具,研究對象為中部地區公私立大學生,所得資料先以因素分析探查學生幸福感的構面組成,再以描述性統計、t檢定、皮爾森相關分析、單因子變異數分析等進行統計分析,主要發現如下: (一)中部大學生的整體幸福感在中等以上,仍有很大提昇空間;經因素分析後發現,大學生的幸福感共可分為5個構面,分別為「自我肯定」、「人際和諧」、「家庭圓滿」、「身心健康」及「學業成就」,其中「家庭圓滿」構面分數顯著地高於其他幸福構面。 (二)根據皮爾森相關分析發現,大學生幸福感五構面間呈現顯著的正相關,顯示各構面間的幸福感受有連帶關係。 (三)性別、學業成績、出生序、宗教信仰及社團的參與對大學生的幸福感有顯著影響;男生、學業成績較優、非獨生子女、具宗教信仰及參與社團者有較佳的幸福感。
The purpose of the study is to investigate college students' subjective well-being and its relation with different background variables. A target sample is drawn from different colleges in Taichung district. The collected data are analyzed by factor analysis, descriptive analysis, t-test analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, and one-way ANOVA, etc. Some of the major findings and conclusions are as follows: (1) College students' well-being is only slightly above the average, there is large space to improve. Moreover, according to factor analysis, college students' well-being can be divided into five aspects: self-confidence, interpersonal harmony, family integrity, physical-mental health and academic achievement. Students have higher well-being in ”family integrity” than the other aspects. (2) According to Pearson product-moment correlation, the five aspects are positively correlated. (3) Gender, academic achievement, birth order, religious belief and club participation are significant factors for college students' well-being. Male, non-only child or those students with better academic performance, religious belief or club participation have higher subjective wellbeing.
