科技大學光電科技領域學程實施現況與未來發展之研究

A Study on the Implementation of Program in Electro-Optical Technology Field at the Universities of Technology

摘要


光電科技係提昇國家競爭力所不可或缺之新興科技,且課程學程化爲教育部正積極推動的教改重點之一,有鑑於此,本文旨在探討我國光電產業之現況、人力供需情形及光電科技相關學程之實施現況,從目前國內大學已實施光電相關學程文獻中擬出本研究問卷,以我國光電產業未來發展趨勢爲前提,邀請學術界及產業界之諮詢專家,復以兩回合Delphi問卷調查,由不同專業背景與經驗之專家,彼此互相交流,以具前瞻性角度來確認未來五年科技大學光電科技所關注的重要學程,並提出具體建議供教育主管機關及各校課程設計之參考。

Continuous development of Electro-Optical technologies have allowed Taiwan's electronics sector to remain competitive in the global economy. The Taiwan Ministry of Education recognized the importance this field by promoting the development of Electro-Optical curriculums in Taiwan's Universities. This study looks at the present & future implementation of university Electro-Optical programs and effects on Taiwan's electronics sector. Scholars and electronics industry professionals were invited to complete surveys. Delphi analysis was performed on the results from both surveys, helping support the argument for the Ministry of Education's current and forthcoming five years promotion of Electro-Optical curriculums in universities. The second portion of this study examines the various methods of presenting such programs and analyzes the effectiveness of each approach.
