This study aims to explore the orientations of research which have been done by the in living technology teachers in their theses and dissertations for a decade since education reform was implemented in 1994. Content Analysis Method and descriptive statistics were adopted to get data analyses made in this study. It is found that there were totally 36 master's theses found and included. More than half of them were conducted in the Industrial Technology Education Departments of the three Normal Universities. Some of the most popular research topics were teaching hardship and adaptation (20%), teaching strategies (12.5%), and curriculum reform (12.5%) which were highlighted. And, there was a trend that interview, observation, and documentary analyses were adopted more often. Finally, some suggestions were offered after study findings were analyzed and synthesized.
