本研究目的主要在發展中部地區技職院校體育課興趣選項分組教學服務品質量表,首先依體育課興趣選項分組教學相關文獻及Parasurama等人(1988)提出之服務品質五個構面模式,進行體育課興趣選項分組教學服務項目評估準則歸類,並以Cro-nin & Taylor(1992)之績效基礎方式衡量服務品質。以自編之「體育課興趣選項教學服務品質量表」爲工具,以南開、嶺東、建國、中州、僑光及弘光等中部地區技職院校,九十四學年度第一學期參與體育興趣選項分組教學的學生449人爲研究對象。以探索性因素分析萃取體育課興趣選項分組教學服務品質構念,再以結構方程式統計方法學中的驗證性因素分析對一系列競爭模式進行檢定,找出最佳配適模式,並以建構信度、建構效度作模式內在結構適配評鑑,最終獲得正式量表包含關懷心(Empathy)、保證性(Assurance)、有形實體(Tangibles)、反應力(Responsiveness)等四構面,共十三項測量指標,測量模式爲一階多因素斜交模式。正式量表相關指標值χ^2 58=62.97(p=0.30),SRMR=0.028,GFI=0.96,AGFI=0.93,NFI=0.98;個別觀察變項信度R^2介於0.49到0.77四個構念(潛在變項)建構信度則是介於0.77到0.88之間,平均變異數抽取量介於0.52到0.71之間。
The purpose of this study is to develop an educational service quality scale for interesting group teaching in selective physical education course on colleges in mid-Taiwan. By Reviewing the literatures about interesting group in selective physical education course and the service quality five concepts model developed by Parasuraman, Zeithami & Berry (1988) and the performance-based method given by Cronin & Taylor (1992) an initial scale is formed. The subjects are total 449 college students who participate selective interesting group PE course on first semester in 2005, coming from NKIT; CCIT; LTU; CKTU; CKIT; HUTU colleges & universities. Then, a two-stage analysis is carried out to develop service quality scale. At first stage, EFA is used to extract constructs of service quality and the second stage, CFA is conducted to examine the scale's reliability, and construct validity and to evaluate optimal fitting model. A final scale is composed of four constructs (empathy, assurance, tangibles, responsiveness) and thirteen indicators. The best fitting measure model is a first-order correlated factor model. It's indicator index as following; x^2 58=62.97 (p=0.30), SRMR=0.028, GFF=0.96, AGFI=0.93, NFI=0.98; observe variables reliability R^2=0.49~0.77, latent variable construct reliability between 0.77 and 0.88, average variance extracted between 0.52 and 0.71.
