Objective: Long-term fitness by determining the percentage of body fat middle-aged women, body mass index (BMI) and waist to hip ratio (WHR), and the results of the three measured correlation analysis, and strive to middle-aged female body composition response to exercise reliable indicators. Methods: 115 long-term fitness of middle-aged women exercise their body fat percentages were measured, BMI and WHR, compare the index of factors, and determinations were evaluated. Results: body fat percentage and BMI was low, the correlation coefficient r=0.435; body fat percentage and WHR showed a moderate correlation, correlation coefficient r=0.763. Conclusion: In these three indicators, skin fold thickness method best reflects the body composition of middle-aged women fitness.
