本研究主要目的在從幼兒體能檢測中,分析構成幼兒體能因子的組合,並以所得結果,編制幼兒體能檢測項目、方法及有效性,提供未來實施幼兒體能檢測之參考。本研究對象為幼稚園中班與大班學童,年齡在4歲(48個月)與6 歲(83個月),共計735人。經由身體型態(共計廿一項)與體能檢測項目(共計十九項),共四十項的測驗項目,經由實地資料彙整與最大概似法分析結果,顯示身體型態的主要因子有身高與體重;幼兒體能的因子分別是:肌耐力、敏捷、爆發力、速度與協調性等五項,並據此因子組合幼兒體能測驗組合,包括連續單腳跳、十公尺來回曲折跑、立定跳遠、廿公尺跑與手腳併走八字,以作為日後推廣幼兒體能檢測之模式。
The purpose of the study was to analyze the physical fitness factors on kindergarten children and composted the preschool ages child fitness test item, method and effectiveness. 735 kindergarten children aged 4 (48 months) to 6 (83months) serve as subjects. The test items include body shape (21 items) and fitness test items (19 items). The date collecting in the study were calculated by Maximum Likelihood and showed the results as follow: (a) height and weight were the body shape factors. (b) Physical fitness factors were muscle endurance, agility, anaerobic power, speed and coordination. On these 5 factors to established the test battery include one foot jump, 10 shuttle run, standing board jump, 20 dash, crawl in ”8” shape which can serve as a model of further research.
