摘要


肺結核對於人類的威脅始終存在。加強肺結核的管理一直是公共衛生界在傳染病防治方面持續努力的工作重點之一,尤其是針對長時間相處在密閉環境的師生而言,校園肺結核管理是有效降低肺結核對於校園威脅的重要策略。學校可設立專責管理人員,主動發現疑似個案,建立肺結核照護藍圖及管理路徑,加強正確的衛生教育宣導,並協助落實直接觀察短程治療法(DOTS)之監控,以達到校園肺結核管理之目標。

Pulmonary tuberculosis has treating human society. Enhancing management of pulmonary tuberculosis was a key component of preventive objectives in epidemiology. Especially for students and faculty who got along closely, it was an effective strategy to cut down the risk of transmission by pulmonary tuberculosis in school. Emphasis was given the need for assigning the case manager in school to find susceptive students and providing accurate health education. Furthermore, to set up blueprint of tuberculosis care and care map as well as to assist the implementation of DOTS would be helpful for achieving the goal of management of pulmonary tuberculosis.
