Estimation of Excitation Forces on a Cantilever Beam by an Inverse Method

以反向法估測-帶集中質量之懸臂樑上之激振力

摘要


本文主旨係探討使用卡爾漫濾波器結合一遞迴之估測器來估測-帶集中質量之懸臂樑上之激振力。此一反向法係由量測此樑動態反應。以一最小二乘演算法來估測其激振力的大小。這方法實用性與精確性的驗證。係針對一實際帶集中質量懸樑臂模型。進行一系列試驗,亦即由量測比樑的動態反應,而估測出相對之激振力,在試驗過程中此帶集中質量之懸臂樑承受四種激振力。分別為一週期性的正弦力,三角形力、矩形力與一隨機力,由各種激振力估測結果可知,本文所出之方法於定量上與定性上均相當良好。

This work presented all application of the Kalman filter with a recursive estimator to determine the excitation forces of structures. The forces were estimated from the measured dynamic responses through an inverse method. The estimator employed a least squares algorithm in compute the magnitudes and, therefore, the onset time histories of the forces. The practicability and accuracy of the present method were verified with laboratory tests to estimate the input forces of a physical cantilever beam from the measured responses. In the experimental study, the beam was subjected to four types of forces i.e.. periodic sinusoidal, triangular, rectangular forces, and a random force. The estimated results are qua1italivel and quantitatively good in all cases tested.
