併生於顱內出血的眼部出血－初報
Ocular Hemorrhage Associated with Intracranial Hemorrhage-Preliminary Report
摘要
併生於顱內出血的眼部出血，具有特別的臨床特徵以及重要的臨床意義，但是卻容易被忽略。本報告提供一個由眼底出血而診斷出顱內出血存在的經驗，以強調其重要性。

Ocular hemorrhage associated with intracranial hemorrhage is of great diagnostic importance and prognostic significance. But such an important sign has been ignored since the application of CT Scan in recent decades. Herein, a 30 year-old male with head trauma history had a subdural hematoma unrecognized by the surgeon until the associated characteristic fundal hemorrhage was noticed by an ophthalmologist. This case is presented to recall us to the clinical importance of the ocular hemorrhage in patient with intracranial hemorrhage.
