橢圓行星齒輪式插植機構之最佳化設計

Optimal Design of Rice Transplanting Mechanism with Elliptic Gear Train

摘要


本研究針對橢圓行星齒輪式插植機構,首先利用最佳化設計理論建立數學模式,將插植爪端點運動軌跡點與精密點之誤差平方表示成欲極小化之目標函數,並將工作空間與插植特性要求表示成若幹不等式限制條件,進而利用最佳化設計軟體MOST找出設計結果。依據設計結果,進一步完成橢圓行星齒輪式插植機構模型製造與機構運動分析,實驗結果顯示理論與實際運轉所得之插植爪端點輑跡幾乎一致。此設計與試驗結果,可提供類似機構設計之參攷。

By using the principles of optimal design, the kinematical model of the rice transplanting mechanism with elliptic gear train was established first. The square of error due to several points in the transplanting trajectory deviating from the specified precision points was treated as the objective function that needed to be minimized. The limitation of working space as well as the requirements of the transplanting operation were expressed as some inequality constraints. The software called MOST was used to solved the design problem. Based on the design results, the testing model was manufactured. The experiment for kinematics analysis was also conducted. It was shown that the experimental observations and the theoretical results were quite consistent. The results of this study can be consulted while one designs a similar mechanism.
