中文版“憂鬱症態度問卷”初探

Use of the Chinese Version of the Depression Attitude Questionnaire in Assessing Attitudes of Hemodialysis Nursing Staff Members to Depression

摘要


探討血液透析護理人員對憂鬱症的態度,採描述性研究設計,對象為血液透析護理人員,工具為「憂鬱症態度問卷」(Depression Attitude Questionnaire)。專家內容效度(CVI)為90%,信度檢測(Cronbach's α)為0.7。結果:(一)皆為女性,平均34.02歲;(二)教育:專科以下68.27%,大學以上31.73%;(三)護理工作總年資平均12.24年;(四)血液透析護理年資平均6.09年;(五)一位曾有精神衛生護理服務經驗3.33年;(六)最近一年閱讀心理衛生相關文獻,有33.70%、無66.30%;(七)護理人員之「憂鬱症態度」無顯著差異(F=0.13、P=0.88);(八)四大類別:(1)同意「不易以專業來處理憂鬱症病人」(mean=65.10);(2)對於「憂鬱症治療的態度」、「認為憂鬱症在生命中是不可避免的」、「憂鬱症是一種臨床症狀」則尚未發展同意或不同意的意見;(3)年資與四大類別無相關;(九)年齡和憂鬱症態度無相關。透析護理人員對憂鬱症態度,無發展特定意見,可加強對憂鬱症正向積極的態度;問卷可提供致力於憂鬱症教育人士作為研究測量的工具。

In this study, we administered the Chinese version of the Depression Attitude Questionnaire to 104 nursing staff members in a hemodialysis center. The CVI of this tool was 90% and Cronbach's Alpha 7. All nursing staff members were female with an average age of 34.02 years, range 23 to 49 years. About 68 percent (68.27%) had educational levels below college and 31.73% college and above. The average number of years of nursing experience was 12.24 and service in a hemodialysis center was 6.09. Only one nurse had psychiatric nursing experience (3.33 years). About 34 percent (33.70%) had received some continuing education about care of the Mental health and 66.30% had not. Few (33.7%) had read any related literature. Three groups to compared, We found no significant difference in depression attitude among these groups of nursing staff members (F=0.13, P=0.88). The results of the scale showed that nurses felt uneasy about caring for depressed patients (the mean of this item=65.10) but most nurses had not developed an opinion of whether depressive symptoms were inevitable, whether it was a clinical disorder, or what kind of treatment was needed. Age and period of service were not found to be related to depression attitude. We concluded that the nursing staff members we studied had not developed a specific opinion about depression, suggesting that there was great possibility that positive attitudes could be strengthened. This questionnaire can serve as a valuable tool for assessing the attitude of public employees and service personnel regarding depression.
