音洩技術於地上油槽底板腐蝕檢測之應用

摘要


本文主要研究利用音洩技術(Acoustic Emission Detection Technique)應用於地上油槽不開放檢查下,作為油槽底板腐蝕狀況評估方法之可行性探討。經由數個不同直徑油槽之現場檢測及開槽驗證,驗證結果顯示音洩檢測預測之腐蝕分布與實際底板狀況大致符合,音洩油槽檢測技術確實能分辨反應出油槽底板腐蝕嚴重狀況,而將其應用作為油槽底板狀況的分類篩選技術或作為未來油槽延長開放之替代檢查技術皆是可考慮之應用方向。

To evaluate the acoustic emission method for detection of corrosion in aboveground tanks, Six tanks of different diameters were inspected in service with A.E technique and then followed with internal inspection. The results were compared to internal inspection findings of tank bottoms show that the acoustic emission detection technique can be used for evaluation of the corrosion state of the tank. This is an effective technique for on line testing of tank floor and can be applied to planning and prioritizing the tank outages.
