轉型背景下中國大陸企業創業活動與新事業管理:以海爾集團與海信集團為例

摘要


經濟全球化的挑戰下,面對全球市場的中國大陸企業,能否適應動盪的轉型環境,求得生存與發展,是當前最為緊迫的任務。在資金、技術、設備和人才均無法與國外大公司抗衡的情況下,如何競爭取勝,需要有創新的思路。對於中國企業而言,把握機遇,以創新來創造新價值,積極推動企業內部創業活動,並建立有效的新事業運行機制,將會是轉型升級的重要途徑。本文從新事業開發與管理的角度,以中國大陸兩家優秀家電企業-海爾集團和海信集團為例,通過剖析其新事業開發模式與運行機制,探尋其中的規律,以圖增益公司創業的理論研究,並對企業創新與創業實務有所幫助。

It is an emergent task for Chinese companies to survive and develop during the social transition context in the globalization era. A new solution for them to win in the world is the combination of speed, innovation and entrepreneurship in the new venture management by recognizing opportunities and creating valuation. The purpose of the essay is to study how Chinese companies manage their new ventures in the different modes and operation. It may be helpful to be formation of the corporate entrepreneurship theory.
