台灣印刷業發展印刷電子之初探

摘要

印刷電子(Printed Electronics)是指將印刷「快速而大量複製圖文」的技術概念應用於電子產品製造，差別在於印刷材料從油墨變成了導電油墨、半導體材料，而紙變成了塑膠、玻璃等被印材，以此達到提高產能、降低生產成本的效益，隨著光機電技術及數位化科技的發展，印刷工業技術也隨之提升，以往印刷所無法達到的精細度及無法使用的印刷材料都己跨越，且隨著消費市場上軟性電子(Flexible Electronics)產品所受之重視與發展，R2R (roll to roll)印刷電子製程更是各界關注的焦點，因此，本文以文獻分析之方式，以國內外印刷電子發展現況結合台灣印刷產業趨勢，探討我國印刷業發展印刷電子之可能性與未來性。

Printed Electronics is used the concept of printing the technology ”graphics duplicated quickly” in electronics manufacturing. The difference is in printed material from the ink and paper into a conductive ink, semiconductor materials, plastic and glass to increase production performance and reduce the cost of production. The printing industry technology rise with development of photonics, mechanical, digital technology, The high resolution and the materials can not be used in printed before, that has been cross now. With the popular of Flexible electronics, R2R (roll to roll) printed electronics manufacturing process is the focus of attention. Therefore, this paper will analyze the possibility of future development of printed electronics in Taiwan’s printing industry.
