平面立體光柵地圖自動化處理之研究

A Study of Automatic Processing in Plane Stereoscopic Lenticular Map

摘要


傳統的二維印刷衍進至三維立體印刷,是發展印刷精緻化未來趨勢。在諸多的平面立體印刷物中,較常見的是以光柵柱狀陣列而構成的立體成品。而目前以光柵板呈現立體化的製程中,維持半自動化的生產過程,前端依賴人工處理作業,後端則以軟體將前端人工編輯成果整合而成。這種生產過程因部分由人工處理,非常繁瑣耗時,因此本研究以自動化處理為主題,並評估其可行性。在研究中提出深度圖來改良目前半自動化的作業過程,並把地圖作為實驗對象,以深度圖為主題呈現之影像,可明確辨識環境區域的深淺度,我們利用其概念導入平面立體地圖處理的自動化,達到縮短作業時間的目的。實驗結果顯示,平面立體光柵地圖在深度圖為基礎下可自動化作業,且處理過程因排除了人為編輯因素,地圖的內容更趨近真實逼真的空間訊息

2D printing in traditional get ahead to 3D stereoscopic printing that is the direction in the future for developing fine printing. The printing goods made of lenticular lens array are often seen in many plane stereoscopic printing goods. At present, the process of three-dimensional in lenticular plate is the procedure of semi-automatic. The operation is depend on artificial in front, and use the software integration the result from artificial edit after. The part of production procedure is very complicated and time-consuming by artificial. Therefore we assess the automatic it possible or not in this study. In this study, we propose depth map to improve the processing of semi-automatic, and use the map for the experiment object. The presented image topic in depth map that can identify the area is far or close to us clearly. We quote this concept lead into the automation of the plane stereoscopic map to achieve the purpose reducing the time of processing. The result of experiment denotes that the basic on depth map can manufacture automatically in plane stereoscopic lenticular map. The content of map can show the space information truly more cause the processing is excluded by artificial.
