本文發表一套振動環境加速試驗規格擬訂方法一步進頻譜試驗法(step spectrum accelerated testing method)。步進頻譜試驗法係以同一試件,從初始可靠度需求所對應之最低試驗位準,開始執行試驗,而後以步進方式逐次提高其試驗位準,直至試件失效爲止。其適用於研發階段,少量試件、短時間之條件下,進行產品疲勞強度驗證。 步進頻譜試驗規格己考慮產品任務輪廓的機率分佈,眞實環境量測數據之頻譜能量分佈,以及產品之累積失效潛能。此一試驗方法除可一併執行功能測試、接收試驗、鑑定試驗以及耐久試驗外;並可於試驗進行中,監控或修正試驗;且可由試驗驗證結果,執行產品失效模式效應分析及推估產品壽限。文中亦以飛彈掛載振動加速試驗規格擬訂作一說明。
A step spectrum approach to an accelerated testing specification for captive flight vibration is proposed, in which an initial test spectrum based on the mission profile and the measured spectrum is applied to a prototype, and increases the level stepwise until the prototype fails. This approach is suitable for establishing the vibration specification during R&D phase. The step spectrum accelerated testing (SSAT) can verify the product's durability with little test item and it can shorten the demonstrating lime. Since the step spectrum approach have considered the stress distribution of a mission profile and the cumulative fatigue damage of the step spectrum, so the testing specification is capable of not only verifying product's strength and making FMEA with the testing results, but also estimating the product life. An established specification of captive vibration is used to demonstrate this approach.
