The medical teams take care of the trauma victims depending upon on the physical damages. The psychic response of the victim was neglected. The concept of post-trauma response was noticed since the 921 earthquake in Taiwan. The concept was not clearly realized and popularly applied in clinics. The author tried to make clear of the concept through the concept analysis method in order to 1. identify uses of concept and determine defining attributes. 2. identify antecedents and consequences. 3. define empirical referents. The purpose of this article is to improve comprehension and application of nursing process by nursing staffs.
