摘要


近年來由於有機共軛材料的多項優點,而被廣泛運用在發光元件之發光層中,成為最具潛力之新興顯示技術。本研究目的在於合成含噁唑基之螢光發光材料,探討在此螢光發光材料中含不同鹵素基團(氯、溴)時,其對UV吸收光譜及螢光光譜(PL)之影響,及將本螢光發光材料應用於電致發光元件之可能性。

Organic conjugated materials have been successfully employed as emissive layers in the new flat-panel display technology recently. This research is aimed to synthesize chromophores containing an oxazole group. The effects of adding Cl and Br groups into the structure on optical absorption and emission properties are studied. The possibility of using these f1uorescent materials in the application of light-emitting diodes is also discussed.
