有別於過去對於國內廠商從事國際策略聯盟的研究,本文嘗試整合資源基礎理論、網路理論、策略聯結理論以及組織學習理論,並且考量影響聯盟合作績效之關鍵因素,以建構出一個完整的國際企業理論分析架構。在實證分析研究方面,本文以台灣製造業中的資訊電子業、機械設備業與化學材料業為主要研究樣本,並以徑路分析為資料分析工具,探討台灣廠商從事不同的國際化資源聯結、學習能力與關係能力,對廠商能力提昇以及網路地位的影響。本研究之實證結果顯示,廠商學習能力與關係能力是影響廠商能力提昇及網路地位的關鍵因素,廠商不同的國際化資源聯結特性亦會顯著影響廠商能力的提昇;廠商能力的提昇亦會顯著提高廠商產業網路地位。
We examine performance of collaborative arrangements by proposing an integrated framework incorporating the resource-based view, network theory, strategic linkage theory and organizational learning theory. The research sample is drawn form the information technology industry, machine industry and chemical industry in Taiwan. Employing path analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, empirical results show that a firm's learning and relationship capabilities are key factors of enhancing firm's overall capabilities and improving network positions. In addition, complementarities in R&D and marketing functions through collaborative arrangements facilitate Taiwanese firms to enhance their R&D capability and manufacturing capability, which in turn lead to an improved network position for the firm.
