摘要


该论文提出了对风险的承包商在施工阶段对建设河内地铁项目风险管理实践的角度评估研究的细节。通过对风险的后果,风险频率和专家在河内地铁项目的讨论重点,这一论断表明良好的风险承包商的应对策略。 为了达到研究目的,研究者进行了文献综述的主体,明确重要的风险参数和分类相关的施工风险,设计相关的后果和对河内地铁项目的这些风险的频率下了问卷。调查问卷分发给35从教授,施工经理专家,地质专家,业主,承包商在越南的受访者。 从35收到的答复因素,分析,归纳和专家的讨论。结果分析表明,高风险,中等风险和河内地铁施工阶段承包商的低风险。风险应对策略计划,提出高风险和中等风险和短期风险应对策略计划创建的细节。通过建立风险应对策略,河内地铁承包商有效果的工具,面对在这个项目的风险。

The thesis presents the details of a study on the assessment of risks management practice of construction stage contractors perspective in Hanoi metro project toward construction risks. By focusing on risk consequence, risk frequency and expert discussion in Hanoi metro project, this thesis suggests good risk response strategy for contractor. To achieve the study objectives the researcher conducted a literature review of the subject, defined important risk parameters and categorized related to construction risks, designed a questionnaire related to consequence and frequence of these risks on Hanoi metro projects. The questionnaire was distributed to thirty five respondents from the professors, construction manager experts, geological experts, the owners, the contractors in Vietnam. Responses from thirty five factors were received, analyzed, summarized and expert discussion. Analysis of the results indicated that high risks, medium risks and low risks of Hanoi metro contractors in construction stage. The risk response strategy plan is presented detail with high risks and medium risk and the short risk respond strategy plan is created. By creating the risk response strategy, the Hanoi metro contractor have the effect tool to face with the risk in this project.
