滁州力大王農業科技有限公司 (以下簡稱滁州力大王) 為臺灣獨資企業公司設立於2012年8月位置在中國大陸安徽省滁州市，公司經營範圍包括有機肥料生產及農產品種植與销售，農產品科技研發及相闗配套服務等項目。

中國大陸經濟持續在成長，國民的生活水平逐年在提高，對觀光、休憩、度假的需求同步在增加。休閒，觀光，旅遊活動等已成為中國大陸民眾生活中重要的活動，中國政府同時同時也在推動生態文明建設及綠色產業永續發展等等方面的政策，如何掌握機會與機運，利用已在營運的有機肥料生產優勢，結合規劃的新項目〈休閒農場經營〉，開創企業最大化的經營績效。

滁州力大王經營層深度的研究與探討，對公司第三期的建設規劃，思考“以有機肥料廠結合休閒農場經營”為主題，設計以“體驗活動”為核心，選用可行性分析的方法，採用“SWOT”工具分析，透過深度訪談的方式，對本主題的可行性進行研究。

經評估後本研究值得投資，運用企業自身的優勢，保持持續創新的觀念， 對結論章節中所闡述的五項核心要點以及五點建議意見要深入分析，才能吸引與留住客源，永續經營以獲得企業最大化的效益成效。

The contents of abstract in this thesis：

During the month of August 2012the Chuzhou LDW Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd (hereafter referred to as Chuzhou LDW) established a wholly owned Taiwanese enterprise in the Chuzhou city of Anhui province. The scope of this enterprise encompasses organic fertilizer production，agricultural cultivation, sales, agricultural product research development and supplementary services.

In regards to consumer demands for tourism and recreational activities within China, there has been a notable increase due to the consistent economic growth as well as improving living standards. Recreational and tourist activities have become prominent aspects amongst the Chinese population, along with the government’s advocacy for policies on ecological civic development and an environmentally sustainable production industry. The underlying question is then, how can the current organic fertilizer production industry benefit from this opportunity in conjunction with the newly introduced operation of “Recreational Agricultural Farms” achieve an impactful business performance.

Following the thorough research and discussions from the Chuzhou LDW management sector, there are plans for the third phase of construction to implement a theme under the combination of organic fertilizer production with recreational farming. The core idea is intended to be “experiential,” adopting a feasibility analysis and the “SWOT” analysis tool in order facilitates an extensive analysis for this study.

After the evaluation, this research is worthy of investment. By using the advantages of enterprises itself, maintaining the concept of continuous innovation, the five core points and five Suggestions elaborated in the conclusion chapter should be deeply analyzed, so as to attract and retain customers and achieve sustainable operation to maximize the benefits of enterprise.
