本研究旨在探討屏東縣新住民婦女在不同的背景變項下其休閒運動阻礙與休閒運動協商策略之差異關注。採問卷調查以屏東縣新移民婦女為研究對象，以分層便利抽樣方式發放問卷450份問卷，回收378份，有效問卷共計316份，有效回收率為83.6%，回收資料以SPSS 18.0 for Windows進行，主要以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析三種統計方法分析。研究結果發現：1.屏東縣新住民婦女最主要休閒運動阻礙因素為「時間阻礙」，「同伴及易達性阻礙」居次，在同伴及易達性阻礙及內在阻礙其不同年齡、子女人數與教育程度之新住民婦女有顯著差異。2.休閒運動協商策略主要選擇運用「人際協商策略」，在不同教育程度上有顯著差異；而不同年齡與教育程度在技能協商策略則有顯著差異；在時間協商策略中不同經濟狀況及教育程度之新住民婦女亦有顯著差異。本研究結果，將提供公部門、新住民服務中心及新住民婦女作為推動新住民參與休閒運動政策及後續研究之參考與建議，激勵新住民婦女有充份休閒運動參與機會。

The purpose of this study is to explore the differences between recreational sport constraints and negotiation strategies among immigrants in Pingtung County. A total of 316 valid questionnaires was received. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. Findings from this study that: (a) The most important recreational sport constraints for immigrants in Pingtung County was "time constraint," "friends and accessibility constraints"; (b) different educational background had significant differences in “interpersonal negotiation strategy”; different age group and educational background had significant differences in “skill negotiation strategy”; different income levels and educational background had siginificant differences in “time negotiation strategy”. Based on the research results, it is suggested that immigrants service center provides online and offline information related to recreational sports opportunities to reduce the overall levels of recreational sport constraints.
