  • 隨著國人對於健康的重視程度越來越高,對益生菌與乳酸菌產品的關注也越來越多,市面上販售的相關產品越來越多元的情況之下,造成產品形式、價差也有天壤之別,經過研究篩選並申請專利的益生菌產品,與具有歷史性的平價乳酸菌飲料單項價差就有數百倍之多,本實驗主要研究市售一般乳酸菌產品食用之後,是否對三線鼠的行為有明顯改變,以證明平價乳酸菌產品也能具有快樂益生菌之功能。本研究中挑選一項市售優格商品餵食三線鼠一週,過程中記錄餵食平價優格之質量、飼料餵食質量與三線鼠的體重變化,並且在餵食一週之後觀察其糞便的含水量差別,糞便的pH值變化與生菌數,行為的部分利用幾項實驗進行小鼠行為觀察,分別為高架迷宮、曠野實驗、迷宮、光暗盒、握力測試、強迫游泳…等測試,發現有食用市售平價優格的三線鼠,在食量與體重的增長方面,均優於未食用優格的三線鼠,而在行為觀察方面,無論是曠野實驗或是高架迷宮,有食用市售平價優格的三線鼠,也在空曠空間均停留較久時間,能夠顯示三線鼠的精神狀態是比較放鬆的狀態,顯示食用市售優格的三線鼠也能受到餵食乳酸菌食品的影響,未來可以再進一步研究血液數據,或者再加入更多不同行為觀察模式的探討,探究出是否食用一般乳酸菌製品對於人的情緒影響之關聯性。

    With increasing awareness of health, people in Taiwan paid more and more attention to probiotics and lactic acid bacteria products. The diversity of related products on the market caused huge price discrepancy and model variance. The selected patented probiotic products and the popular mid-priced lactic acid beverage had a huge difference in price. This study aimed to investigate the effects of commercially available lactic beverage products on the behaviors of Phodopus sungorus in order to prove that the mid-priced lactic beverage products could also have the effect of happy probiotics. In this study, the researcher fed a selected commercially available yogurt product to the Phodopus sungorus for one week. During the research process, the quality of feeding the mid-priced yogurt, the quality of feeding, and the weight change of the Phodopus sungorus were recorded. Then the fecal moisture, the pH of the feces, and the amount of bacteria were observed after one week of feeding. In terms of the behavior, the researcher observed the behaviors of mice with several experiments, such as Elevated Plus Maze, Open Field Test, Maze, Light-Dark Box, Wire Hanging, and forced swimming, etc. Concerning food intaking and weight gaining, there was a significant difference in Phodopus sungorus weight before and after the commercially available mid-priced yogurt was fed. Regarding behavioral observation, both in Open Field Test and an Elevated Plus Maze, the Phodopus sungorus that ate commercially available mid-priced yogurt stayed in the open field for a longer period of time. Therefore, the mental state of the Phodopus sungorus was relatively relaxed after they were fed commercially available mid-priced yogurt. This study showed that using the commercially available yogurt could also produce the effect of using probiotics. In the future, blood data can be further studied, and more different behavioral observations can be added to explore the correlation between using products with general lactic acid bacteria and human emotion.
