磁性醫院概論

在現今國內外醫療體系強調病患照護安全以及品質的趨勢下，改善護理人員的專業實務環境已不容忽視。建構一個能支持護理實務的優質工作環境，即所謂的磁性醫院，是吸引及留任專業護理人員以提供病患高品質醫療照護的有效方針。有鑒多數台灣的護理人員對於磁性醫院概念仍相當陌生，本文針對磁性醫院巡行介紹，期冀能提供國內機構改革現今護理專業實務環境之參考。

Safety and quality of patient care have always been the center of health care system. Therefore, improving nursing practice environment has become one of the major issues in Taiwan. Constructing a magnet hospital in which a friendly working environment is created for excellent nursing staff is an effective strategy to attract and retain nursing profession to provide high quality patient care. The purposes of this article were to introduce the concept of Magnet Hospital and serve as a reference for transforming the professional practice environment for nurses in Taiwan.
