隨著企業排球聯賽的蓬勃發展下,排球運動已是我國重點發展運動項目,更是台灣三大職業運動聯賽之一,可見其熱門程度。在爭取更高的競賽成績下,排球訓練也因此越趨科學化,比較早期土法煉鋼的方式,現在科學化訓練以及週期化訓練已經成為頂尖球隊所採用的訓練模式,不僅可以有效監控選手生、心理狀態,亦能降低過度訓練,避免運動傷害產生,使選手能有更完善訓練配套。本文將探討週期化訓練介入對甲組排球選手訓練效益為何,以國立臺北教育大學男子排球校隊為研究對象,實際記錄球隊訓練處方與課程,並以半結構開放式的深度訪談(depth-interview)方式來探討本訓練計畫對球員的實際效益為何,訪談大綱包與高中端之差異、訓練強度、運動傷害、技術成長及團隊凝聚力等面向。研究結果發現在隨著不同準備期調整訓練處方,可讓球員有更充分準備進入下一階段,完成比賽,值得注意的是,本校傳統移地訓練能有效強化球隊凝聚力,對於未來所面對的訓練週期,都能更快進入狀況。建議球隊訓練不應盲從過往極高強度的訓練,不僅容易造成球員運動傷害,更無法讓球員有足夠的適應階段,而影響運動表現。
With booming development of the Top Volleyball League, volleyball has become one of the major developing sports in Taiwan. In order to reach higher achievement in competitions, volleyball training tends to become more scientific nowadays. Comparing to the old training methods, scientific approach and periodization have become the trend for top teams. Not only can they monitor the players' physical and mental status, but also reduce overtraining, so as to avoid sports injuries. The study investigates the benefits of periodization for the school volleyball team of National Taipei University of Education, recording the team's training methods: including the players' positions, physical fitness, and mental intervention etc. The investigation result shows the skills, tactics, physical fitness and mental toughness of the players will adjust due to the games. When close to the season, it's better to lower the training intensity, not to follow the old training methods with blind obedience, in case of causing sports injuries and affecting the players' performance.
