不同混紡比對於Y型異斷面聚酯竹炭纖維混紡織物水分傳輸影響之研究

摘要


本文探討不同混紡比對於Y型異斷面聚酯竹炭纖維混紡紗線物性、織物水分傳輸及消臭能力進行研究探討。Y型異斷面聚酯竹炭纖維表面積及纖維間空隙,讓水份更容易擴散、吸收,竹炭具有消臭效果與棉纖維進行混紡可增加親膚穿著舒適感,實驗評估結果以Y型異斷面聚酯竹炭纖維70%與棉纖維30%進行混紡成紗,再加上特殊雙層織紋設計,可達到水分擴散能力5級、織物乾燥速率4級、氨氣消臭能力級95%。

Profiled fiber possessed high surface area and fiber vacancy, water molecular was diffused and adsorbed more easily on Y-type profiled fiber. In the study, Y-type profiled fiber of polyester bamboo charcoal was blended with cotton by different blending ratio in order to increases comfortability. 70% blending ratio of the spun yarn combine double layer texture design, it reveals moisture wicking was 5 degree, quick dry ability was 4 degree and 95% efficacy of NH_3 deorder test.
