本研究旨在瞭解科技大學學生的正向心理資源和生涯調適能力的現況,並探討家庭因素、正向心理資源與生涯調適能力的相關情形。針對臺南市七所科技大學,依各校人數比例進行抽樣,有效問卷683份。以「家庭功能量表─簡版」、「大學生心理資源量表」及「生涯調適能力量表臺灣版2.0」做為資料收集工具,進行描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析和皮爾森積差相關的統計方式。本研究結果發現:一、75.7%的科技大學學生有工作經驗,62.5%為低社經地位的家庭,在家庭功能、正向心理資源與生涯調適能力為高分者占多數。二、科技大學學生男性在主控感、生涯控制、生涯好奇、生涯信心及生涯調適能力上顯著優於女性。三、科技大學學生有工作經驗者在正向心理資源、生涯調適能力上顯著優於無工作經驗者。四、科技大學學生是中家庭社經地位者在價值感、正向心理資源、生涯好奇、生涯信心上顯著優於於低家庭社經地位者。五、科技大學學生在家庭功能、正向心理資源、生涯調適能力呈顯著正相關。根據研究發現提出科技大學學生生涯調適之建議,供學務工作者參考。
This study aims at reviewing the positive psychological resources and career adaptability of students in colleges of science and technology, and how the factor of families relatses to them. Targetting at students in seven colleges of science and technology in Tainan, this study collected 683 valid questionaires. The methodologies included Family Function Scale-Brief Edition, Psychological Resources Scale for university students, Career Adapt-ability Scale Taiwan Version 2.0. Furthremore, Data Collected was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. The principile findings are as followed: (1) 75.7% of students of colleges of science and technology have work experience; 62.5% of them come from families of low socioeconomic status; the number of students who are scored high on aspects of positive psychological resources, career adaptability, and family function is big. (2) Males students have a better peformamce on sense of control, career control, career curiosity, career confidence and career adaptability than female ones. (3) Students with working experiences perform better that those without working experiences. (4) Middle SES studnets own a higher sense of value, positive psychological resources, career curiosity and career confidence than low SES students. (5) There are significant relationships among family function scale and psychological resources scale, family function scale and career adapt-ability scale, and psychological resources scale and career adapt-ability scale. Further suggestiongs regarding students' career adaptability are also listed.
