鑽孔阻抗應用於木質板材性質之檢測

Properties of Wood-based Materials Evaluated by Drill Resistance Test

摘要


鑽孔阻抗乃利用材料對刀具的切削抵抗之不同,來檢測材料性質,而與材料切削抵抗最有相關的便是材料密度。利用鑽孔阻抗圖譜儀檢測經表面緻密化處理之木材可快速的得到材料各層間的密度。不同材種於鑽孔阻抗有不同的能量值,所以無法取得各材種間之阻抗能量值之關係。對於不同密度之粒片板可經由鑽孔阻抗圖譜儀檢測出不同秷度間的差異,且鑽孔阻抗圖議可以檢測出試材缺點之大小及所在位置。

Drill resistance is a measure of resistance to cutting of a material, which is affected by many factors, and the density of material is the most important factor. By using drill resistance test, the density profiles of wood with surface densification treatment could be obtained. Because different wood species has different drill resistance value, we couldn't get the relationship between the drill resistance values of different wood species. Particleboard with different density showed different resistance value, which could be tested by drill device. The size and position of defect in specimen could be tested by drill device.
