無線教室回饋系統融入護專藥理學課程之初探

A Study of the Wireless Classroom Response System in aPharmacology Course for Nursing College Students

摘要


背景:藥理學為銜接基礎與臨床的重要學科之一,護理人員掌握更多的藥理學知識,對提高護理和醫療質量具有重要意義,因此如何能促進護專學生藥理學學習成效,是個必要且重要的課題。目的:本研究目的在於瞭解無線教室回饋系統(Wireless Classroom Response System, WCRS)融入藥理學課程的成效及學生的看法。方法:以臺中市某護專三年級102位學生為研究對象,進行為期五週10節課的實驗教學,期間並施以藥理學成就測驗、及課程意見調查。結果:就本研究的樣本而言,(1)在藥理學的學習成效上,實驗組前後測成績有顯著差異,亦即WCRS融入教學對學生學習藥理學有所助益;及(2)學生對WCRS融入教學普遍持正面看法, WCRS讓課程更活潑、學生更喜歡上課。

Background: Pharmacology is a field that bridges basic technical and clinical learning. Greater pharmacological knowledge helps increase the effectiveness of nurses in promoting nursing and medical care quality. Promoting pharmacological learning outcomes in nursing college students is, therefore, an important issue in enhancing overall healthcare quality. Purposes: This study introduced and evaluated the use of a wireless classroom response system (WCRS) in a pharmacology course. Methods: A total of 102 nursing college students participated in this five-week project. Researchers used a questionnaire to assess participant opinions regarding WCRS. Results: (1) Significant differences were found between pre- and post-test scores for pharmacology learning in the experimental group. (2) Most participants held positive opinions regarding the use of WCRS in their pharmacology course and indicated that WCRS made the course more enjoyable.
