We explore the effect s of information technology and knowledge management capability on organizational performance, and we target high-technology companies with success executing knowledge management for verification of our theory. From a total of 350 surveys requests, we have successfully received 199 replies with a successful reply rate of 56.85%. Key research findings involve: 1.Information technology has a significant influence on organizational performance when applied effectively; 2.Knowledge management capability (fundamental knowledge and procedural knowledge capability) has a significant effect on organizational performance; 3.The coordination between knowledge management capability and information technology along with its level of involvement has obvious difference on organizational performance.
